Within this corvette manual there is a specific and detailed table of contents which give a general outline of the manual. This is because the audience is often owners of Corvettes that have broken down, thus the manual must be detailed and organized for an easy read. In addition, the manual features minimal jargon, as the audience is likely not informed car owners, but rather casual drivers.

How Corvette Manuals Serve Their Purpose

This manual serves the purpose of any other manual, which is to be informative and helpful. It includes a plethora of pictures and visual aid that make the manual helpful to any audience. This makes the manual readily available for any audience to read and understand.

What I Revised in This Memo

I added a paragraph of the purpose of the manual. The original memo was very focused on the reasons why the manual caters to a general audience. However, a critical part of the manual that was missing was the conversation of purpose. The manual serves an important purpose, which is to be informative and helpful, and includes a variety of pictures in order to do so. In addition, I added recommendations, as typically memos end with a recommendation for the recipient.
