Ethical Considerations:
1) Rights: In order to protect the rights of all individuals involved in the product, it is imperative that we highlight exactly how we intend to include all group members in on project. In addition, we need to be aware of the ethical considerations that could be violated within a group project and do our best to prevent it from happening.
2) Utility: I don't believe that there are any utility concerns for this project, the product will likely not negatively impact us in the future.
3) Care: I believe that this project is actually productive in terms of its care; it panders to groups that are not being considerate to each other and builds relationships between members that will last for a while.
4) Justice: The costs and benefits of this action would not be negative; in fact it would be positive in handing out equal responsibility between a group. Within this project we are attempting to create equality.

I need to watch out to be considerate of all individuals in the group that are collaborating in the group that we are addressing. I will double check by peer reviewing the project that we are creating and reading it multiple times. In my future career I will need to be considerate of ALL of these ethical considerations and pander to all individuals who I will be working with and encounter. I believe that honesty and integrity is the one thing I'll have to maintain in order to follow these ethical considerations and be true to myself. Plagiarism and authorship can easily be avoided in any profession as long as citation is provided. If an individual is to use another person's work, the least they can do to follow ethical consideration is to cite and give the other person credit for their work.
