-This is a printed source.

Authorship: I do not recognize the name of this author, however the source does provide credentials of the author and his current position. This leads me to believe that the source is incredibly reliable for use in research.

Publisher: The publisher is not that credible, "BingBangBuzz" does not have a good stigma around its name. The editorial staff is not well known, however after reading this article I was led to believe that the source is relatively credible and provides a new view on topics that have not been shown before.

Knowledge of the Literature: Having used this source within the annotated bibliography and in within my research, I am led to believe that the author does have a good grasp of the literature. There is a bibliography provided that cites the sources that are used within this literature, every single piece of information is properly cited if needed. In addition, there are little notes that are scattered throughout the document that help with the cohesiveness of the literature.

Accuracy and Verifiability of the Information: The information is NOT based on assumptions, and is rather reliant on sound logic and information. The author does describe the methods and theories that are being used in production of the information, the statistics are properly cited and are mostly double blind studies. The author does use sound reasoning to back up the information he is putting forward, albeit little reasoning is used within the article. The limitations are not listed within the article, as it is more informative than most articles I have read.

Timeliness: The document does rely on recent studies and data that have been provided by work space studies. The document was not published recently, it was published in 2007, however the information transcends time.
