Acknowledgements	Any citer/individuals who want to delve deeper into the report and research more	Give credit to all individuals involved in the creation of the manual/report and allow people to properly cite the manual if necessary
TOC	Readers who want accessibility	Make the report more manageable and allow readers to skim through with ease
Problem statement and/or research questions	A select team that requires aid in a specific area of function	Help the team to understand the purpose or statement that is being further explored within this report/manual
Methods used to produce the report	Any citer, or an individual who would like to create their own manual	If I show the methods that we used to create this report it would make citation easy and would allow any individual to easily recreate the manual in their own leisure
Tip Sheet	Employees in the company	Provide an FAQ to answer the commonly asked questions and allow the audience to further explore their own ideas and find answers to pertinent questions
Document of Work Sessions	Employees in company or ease of citation for researchers	In order to produce a collaborative work, it is imperative that documentation of the work sessions be included. This allows the individuals who would like to research more or find out more about the topic being discussed to do so; it also holds the writers accountable for their work.
Transmittal Memo	Me, the writer.	It allows for self reflection and helps me understand the purpose of the assignment. In addition, it allows me to hold myself accountable for the things I did right and did wrong, in a direct memo to the instructor.
